I've spent 25 years as a lecturer in anthropology at Salem College in Salem. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I garden badly but happily.

What gifts mean to Dr. Dixon: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
