Dr. Dantas
Statistics lecturer, 1979 to 2017
- 🇧🇷 Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil
- 1979 to 2017
- Portuguese
I spent 38 years as a lecturer in statistics at Ashford Institute of Technology in Campinas. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I run most mornings.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Dr. Dantas
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Dr. Dantas: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
