Dr. Collins
Professor of materials science, Hillcrest State University
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- Hillcrest State University
- 1980 to 2016
- English, French
My subject is materials science, and for 36 years I got to share it with undergraduates at Hillcrest State University.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I watch every football match going.
More about Dr. Collins
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Dr. Collins: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
