Rural doctor and teacher
- 🇦🇺 Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia
- Kilimanjaro Health Center
- Since 2002
- English
My work was dentistry at Kilimanjaro Health Center, and for many of those years I also taught junior doctors.
Home visits were my favorite part, even when the roads weren't.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Dr. Carpenter: I'd use a gift for transport costs for patients who can't afford the trip.
