Dr. Bui
Professor of modern history, Gateway Polytechnic
- 🇻🇳 Hanoi, Hanoi, Vietnam
- Gateway Polytechnic
- 1983 to 1997
- English, Vietnamese
I taught modern history at Gateway Polytechnic from 1983 to 1997, and supervised 35 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I run most mornings.
More about Dr. Bui
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Dr. Bui: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
