My subject is law, and for 29 years I got to share it with undergraduates at Hope University.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
