I've spent 34 years as a lecturer in sociology at Greenfield University in Tiruchirappalli. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I fix old bicycles.
More about Dr. Bhatt
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Dr. Bhatt: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
