Dr. Athumani
Modern history lecturer, Since 1982
- 🇹🇿 Arusha, Arusha, Tanzania
- Valley View University
- Since 1982
- English
I teach modern history at Valley View University since 1982, and supervised 16 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Dr. Athumani: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
