I've spent 41 years as a lecturer in political science at St. Anne's College in Dehiwala. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more. I play music while people worked. It sounds small, but students remember small things. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Dr. Amarasinghe: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
