Chemistry and mathematics teacher, Saint Paul
- 🇺🇸 Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States

For 25 years I have been the chemistry teacher at Saint Paul Middle School. I teach Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Douglas
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Douglas: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

you taught me chemistry in 2001 at Saint Paul Middle School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
