I taught statistics at Trinity High School in Hamilton from 1982 to 2010. Most days I taught first-year students, and I played music while people worked.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Douglas
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me statistics in 1992 at Trinity High School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

I was in your first-year students class in 1999. You believed I could do it before I did! Greetings from Hyderabad.
