I've worked in painting and decorating from 1980 to 2003. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 780 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
