Doris Vazquez
Master of plumbing, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Fort Worth, Texas, United States

I've worked in plumbing since 2014. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 260 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Doris: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
