Dorcas Nyambura Mugisha
Mentor in first-generation students and finance
- 🇰🇪 Naivasha, Nakuru, Kenya
- Orchid Learning Hub
- Since 1984
- English, Swahili
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 760 people through Orchid Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
