Phoenix Middle School was my second home. I taught English literature there from 2000 to 2024, mostly first-year students.
Over the years I had 1,080 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Dorcas
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me English literature in 2002 at Phoenix Middle School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on. Greetings from Saint-Étienne.
