Dorcas Margaret Ssemwogerere

Helping people break into nursing

  • 🇰🇪 Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya
  • Mount Pleasant Association
  • Since 1996
  • English, Swahili
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,440 people through Mount Pleasant Association. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Dorcas

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
