Dorcas Aisha Kimaro
Master of welding, now teaching apprentices
- 🇰🇪 Embakasi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Victory Trades Guild
- Since 1988
- English, Swahili, French
I've worked in welding since 1988. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 870 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I run most mornings.
More about Dorcas
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
