Donna G. George
36 years teaching religious studies in Los Angeles
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Victory Public School
- Since 1985
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 41 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I sing in a choir.
More about Donna
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me religious studies in 1997 at Victory Public School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
