I've coached baseball at New York Trinity Swimming Club since 1983. Most of my players were between 12 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm learning the guitar.
More about Dong
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
