Donal J. O'Rourke

Athletics and fitness coach, Galway

  • 🇮🇪 Galway, Connacht, Ireland
  • Galway Swimming Club
  • Since 1981
  • English
For 45 years I've run the athletics program at Galway Swimming Club in Galway. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.

More about Donal

If you played for me, you probably remember the time the class pet escaped.
