Dominik Bernd Wagner
Mentor in nursing and teaching
- 🇩🇪 Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany
- Nuremberg Association
- Since 1980
- German, Spanish
For 46 years I've mentored people in nursing and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
More about Dominik
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Dominik: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
