Dolores W. Cruz
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Fort Worth, Texas, United States
- Hillcrest Trades Guild
- Since 2001
- English, Spanish
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 2001 in Fort Worth and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Dolores: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
