I've coached badminton at Alcalá de Henares Sports Club since 2010. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
