Helping people break into software
- 🇪🇸 Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain
- Since 1993
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,160 people through Alcalá de Henares Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Dolores
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Dolores: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
