Mentor in recovery and teaching

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,270 people through Iztapalapa Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Dolores
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Dolores: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
