For 22 years I was the environmental science teacher at Oakland Public School. I taught Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I learned every name in the first week.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Dolores: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
