Dola Shima Akter
35 years teaching French in Thiruvananthapuram
- 🇮🇳 Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India
- Thiruvananthapuram Girls' School
- 2013 to 2022
- English, Bengali
Thiruvananthapuram Girls' School was my second home. I taught French there from 2013 to 2022, mostly Grade 6.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
More about Dola
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Dola: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
