Dola Nargis Rashid
Volunteer mentor with Bamboo Association
- 🇮🇳 Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India
- Bamboo Association
- 2011 to 2022
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 620 people through Bamboo Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
