I coached boxing at New Delhi Boxing Gym from 1980 to 2010. Most of my players were between 8 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Dola
If you played for me, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
What gifts mean to Dola: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
