Dmytro Vasyl Soloviev
12 years teaching art in Kyiv
- 🇺🇦 Kyiv, Kyiv, Ukraine
- Queensway Middle School
- 1999 to 2016
- English, Russian
I taught art at Queensway Middle School in Kyiv from 1999 to 2016. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Dmytro
If you were in my mixed-ability classes class, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.
What gifts mean to Dmytro: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
