Diya R. Soni

Mentor in leadership and nursing

  • 🇬🇧 Leeds, England, United Kingdom
  • Leeds Community Trust
  • 1996 to 2016
  • English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 580 people through Leeds Community Trust. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.

More about Diya

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
