Diya N. Agarwal
Glass art artist in Thane
- 🇮🇳 Thane, Maharashtra, India
- Thane Pottery
- Since 1982
- English, Hindi
I work mostly in glass art, sometimes textiles. My first show was in 1982 at Thane Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by markets and street scenes. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Diya
I've had 6 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Diya: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
