I teach design and technology at Kingsway Academy in Chennai since 2009. Most days I teach Grade 6, and my door is open at lunch.
I've run the art club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Diya
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Diya: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
