Diya A. Dhawan
Volunteer mentor with Phoenix Foundation
- 🇮🇳 Thane, Maharashtra, India
- Phoenix Foundation
- 2000 to 2016
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 400 people through Phoenix Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
