I organize the clean-up crews in Pune. About 89 people rely on it every week.
I never rush a conversation. Small habits keep a team together.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Divya
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Divya: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
