I've been a nurse for 39 years, most of them in rehabilitation at Makati Community Hospital in Makati. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else. The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
