Divina B. Navarro
Accordion player and teacher in Makati
- 🇵🇭 Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Makati Starlight Choir
- Since 1991
- English, Filipino
I play accordion and classical. I started in 1991 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 13 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Divina
I write my first song when I was 15. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Divina: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
