Teacher at Lakeview Secondary School, loves home economics

I teach home economics at Lakeview Secondary School in Haarlem since 1997. Most days I teach Grade 4, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Dirk
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Dirk: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

you taught me home economics in 2005 at Lakeview Secondary School. I still remember the rainy sports day.
