I've coached wrestling at Rotterdam Our Lady of Peace Athletic Club since 2008. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
More about Dirk
If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
What gifts mean to Dirk: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
