For 27 years I've run the rowing program at London Youth Club in London. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I fix old bicycles.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Dipu
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Dipu: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
