I've been a nurse for 23 years, most of them in elder care at Dhaka Children's Hospital in Dhaka. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
I always make time for a proper cup of tea. Small things matter when someone is frightened.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
