I'm a mentor in recovery. I've spent my career as a mechanic and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Dinusha
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Dinusha: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
