I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 580 people through Andes Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Dinesh: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

I'm a electrician now. It started with one call with you. Greetings from San Nicolás de los Garza.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
