Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India
- Old Rosewood Trades Guild
- Since 1978
- English, Tamil
I've worked in baking since 1978. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 1,680 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
Thank you for stopping by.

What gifts mean to Dinesh: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
