Dinesh E. Chauhan
Master of upholstery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Rosewood Works
- Since 1997
- English, Hindi
My trade is upholstery. I opened my own shop in 1997 in Mumbai and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
More about Dinesh
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Dinesh: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
