Dinesh D. Rathnam
Mentor in law school and small business
- 🇮🇳 Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India
- Aurangabad Association
- 2011 to 2020
- English, Kannada, Spanish
For nine years I've mentored people in law school and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Dinesh
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Dinesh: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
