I coached swimming at Cape Town Community Club from 1979 to 2001. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.

What gifts mean to Dineo: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
