Blacksmithing for eight years in Cairo
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
- The Ashford Shop
- 2017 to 2025
- English, Arabic, Spanish
I'm a blacksmithing specialist. If you live around Cairo, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Dina
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Dina: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
