Dimitrios Petros Oikonomou
History teacher at Pioneer Academy, 1979 to 2015

Pioneer Academy was my second home. I taught history there from 1979 to 2015, mostly Grade 11.
Over the years I had 1,040 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Dimitrios
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me history in 1979 at Pioneer Academy. I still remember the end-of-term party.

I was in your Grade 11 class in 1997. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Limoges.
