Dimas Umar Rahman
Volunteer mentor with Bogor Association
- 🇮🇩 Bogor, West Java, Indonesia
- Bogor Association
- Since 1982
- English, Indonesian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 880 people through Bogor Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Dimas: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
